THIS IS WHY WE CREATE OUR MOULD REMEDIATION SCOPE
The purpose of this scope is to identify water ingress and resulting mould, establish the levels and varieties of mould within the property, offer recommendations on works required to fix the water ingress, provide a remediation plan and a price to conduct our recommended works.
Using the latest technology and years of experience, our Perth mould remediation team can identify a mould problem before it becomes a health hazard. From there we eliminate the source by professionally removing built-up moisture and restore any affected surfaces to their original condition.

It's a simplified approach which helps to identify where moisture is coming from, how mould is impacting the house and occupants and what you need to do to address it.

Our scope involves:

Air quality testing, charged at $100 per sample:

Minimum of 2 samples required - one sample has to be taken outside to compare to the inside sample. We use a combination of swabs, tapes and air quality samples to establish the varieties and concentrations of the mould present in your property using an outside sample to establish the normal ecology (this is the mould that exists normally in your area). Using these samples a laboratory can establish the level of contamination present and compare it to what it should be. These are measured by using two standards- Australian Mould Guidelines and IICRC S520 Mould Standard.
